Learn to Teach; Teach to Learn

Yoga Blue believes that yoga is not only a tool for self-discovery and recovery from addiction, but also that teaching yoga has potential to be a channel on this path. We offer a scholarship program for committed students to further their education by attending a Yoga Alliance approved Teacher Training and Certification program. The disease of addiction creates a downward spiral of destruction; recovery does the opposite. It is Yoga Blue’s hope that those who feel called to teach will indeed become teachers, and pass on the healing power of yoga.

The next scholarship will be awarded in May 2011. The postmark deadline to be considered for this scholarship is April 15, 2011.
